Two acres of lavender in bloom, with the rest of the farm taking root. Pick your own, browse our dried bunches and oils, or wander the rows at golden hour.
The farm is named for the soil itself โ sandy loam, the light, well-draining ground lavender loves best. Today we have two acres planted and in flower, and the rest of the farm is in planning, row by row.
From first plantings to today, everything at Sandy Loam is a family operation: planted, weeded, harvested, distilled and bottled in our own workshop.
Harvest-season favorites and year-round goods, made in our workshop.
Hand-tied bunches of our premium harvest, sun-dried in the barn. Perfect for arrangements, drawers and bedside tables.
Steam-distilled from our own blooms. A small-batch oil with the calm, floral scent of the field in early July.
Mild soap bars, sachets and sleep pillows made with our oil and dried buds. Gentle on skin, heavy on calm.
Open to visitors from late spring through early fall. Bring a hat, a camera, and a picnic blanket.
